I have some cash options on my site and when I sign someone up for this option I go to this user and it says current level – cash option – not paying

I have the membership level set up
    recurring payment box checked
    indefinite billing cycle
Yes – users can only pay with check

Is should not say not paying it should say $20 per month

Some come through fine and others don’t

Do I not have something set up correctly?

I have this same problem on all of my check only options

    Thank you
    Chas

    Hi Chas,

Thank you for getting in touch and using Paid Memberships Pro.

Do you add the users memberships through the admin dashboard or do they checkout normally using pay by check option and it’s not showing that they are paying customers?

I apologize if I am misunderstanding the issue here.

We do everything through the website

Login to the site as the member and go to the my membership page

Change their membership on the site.

Then we go back to the backend of the site and sometimes we see this “not paying” on the user page membership level.

    Thank you

    Hi Chas,

Thank you for the update. If you are changing the users membership as an administrator inside the WordPress dashboard it will show them as ‘not paying’ because the user was manually added to your membership level.

If you do everything from the user side and checkout does it show paying?

I think that was the problem. I had to go back in and change the membership level as the member and it worked.

    Thanks
    Chas
