    hi,
i am looking for a solution to include a “current domainname” into to yoast title definition.

i am using multiple domains mapped to one site (mostly different country code variants) but i want them to appear with their own domainname-tag in the title when opened.

is that possible or do i have to create a workaround editing the template title tag?
    tnx, Eric

  • Hi Eric,

Yoast does not have a domainname template variable. But we do have a filter that you can use to create a custom one here https://kb.yoast.com/kb/yoast-wordpress-seo-titles-metas-template-variables/#filter.

However, we can’t offer support on custom code (needed to change (core) features of our plugin). Since we don’t want to take the risk that we break your website by suggesting incorrect or incomplete code, we cannot advise you on how to make such changes. Maybe someone watching these forums can assist you further, but if your topic is inactive for 7 days, we’ll mark it as resolved to keep the overview.

    Thank you for your understanding.
