Currency Symbol

  • On the plugin, the currency symbol is set to show only Euro ‘€’, is there a way to set the currency symbol to another currency. Thanks

    You can change the currency symbol from the Vik Booking > Global > Configuration > “Prices and Payments” tab.

    Hello, when ever i go to Vik Booking > Global > Configuration > “Prices and Payments” tab, It does not dispaly any further options to change the currency on the free version of the plugin, it just shows a blank page like the image below. Kindly help in troubleshooting this issse.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your screenshot. This problem is definitely caused by some other external plugin loading his resources inside Vik Booking admin pages. If you analyze the page with a browser inspector and select for example the “Prices and Payments” tab, you will see some CSS files loaded by some other plugin causing the conflict.
    Another solution might be disabling the external plugins installed on your website one by one and seeing which one is creating this problem.

    If you can not recognize which plugin is creating the problem, you can contact us by using our official website to get further technical help.
