First of all. thank you very much for this great plugin.

We are working on a donation form with multiple currencies. We have installed the YayCurrency Pro plugin for that.

We have designed a donation form with multiple amounts buttons but when we switch the currency, the currency symbol in the buttons changes but not the amount. At the bottom of the form, the total amount to pay is updated though.

What can we do to update the amount in the buttons?

Thank you very much for your help!

    Hi rogerpz81,

    thanks for reaching out.
Have you set the currency conversion rate to 1:1? The amount suggestions always use the values you entered in the product settings.

    Best,
    Jonas

    Thanks for you response Flinnn,

The problem is that the main currency for this project is Ugandan shillings and the other currencies are British pounds, American dollar and Euros.

    The ratio for UGX to £ is UGX 1 – £ 0.0002

I have created donation buttons of UGX 5000, UGX 10000, etc. It looks like massive amounts but when you do the conversion, is like $1, $2, etc.

When I apply the conversion from UGX to £, $ or Euros, the donation buttons look like £5000, £10000, etc. and it is ridiculous high.

    Does it make sense?

We need to update the buttons value when the currency is updated.

    Is that possible?

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Roger,

unfortunately this is not that easy to do. My suggestion would be to redirect users to different donation forms after they select a currency. I do plan to improve currency conversion in the future, but I can not give you a timeline yet.

    Best,
    Jonas
