Can you share with us more information about the issue you are encountering? Upon checking the website, the currency options for USD, HKD, and EUR, are still there. Kindly confirm if this is what you mean.

On the other hand, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report so that we can better understand your site’s current environment.

• System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status → select Get system report and then Download for support. This will download a TXT file that has the contents of the SSR to share with us.
• Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Hi Darla. It’s not that the currency isn’t there. It’s that there isn’t a USD EUR etc text identifier before currency symbol for product listings. You will see it on the currency switcher but it isn’t present on actual product price listings. Currency plugin developer told me it is a premium feature but afaik it was present already before recent updates. I’m not sure by default if woocommerce shows the text identifiers or not so that’s why I’m asking. Reports below thx.

Can you confirm if this also happens when WordPress is updated to the latest? Based on the report, there is a WordPress update available.

Before you start

Please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.

If you don’t want to update it yet, it is worth trying to perform a conflict test in case this may be a plugin conflict. To do that, switch to a default WordPress theme, and then deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a theme or a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.

yes have been updated to 6.4.1 already, still same problem

I understand this is the issue you’re reporting:

there isn’t a USD EUR etc text identifier before currency symbol for product listings

It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot using https://snipboard.io so that we can better understand and guide you.

However, it appears that the problem is due to a conflict between plugins or a theme/plugin conflict. You should also update WC database in order to match the core version.

wc database has been updated already it didn’t do anything. I’ve tested for plugin conflicts unfortunately this method isn’t practical because all plugins Are necessary to run the site the way i want it to run, if it means solving one issue by sacrificing a crucial plugin then it isnt really a solution. I’ve instituted a temporary solution for the time being so will leave this issue for now. Thx for the suggestions.

I’m glad to hear that you managed to find a temporary solution.

I’d like to add that the currency switcher is not a built-in option in WooCommerce core, and support related to third-party plugins/themes is outside our scope of support.

If you need any further help with this, I’d suggest reaching out to the respective plugins developers again for them to take a closer look at what may be causing the issue.
