    Hello,

I’m trying out your plugin on my staging site.

My site uses 3 currencies (USD, Euros and GBP). GBP is the default currency and I use WooCommerce Currency Switcher by realmag777 (WOOCS).

The gift card product page shows the gift value options correctly when the store is set to GBP (£25, £50, £75, £100).

When the currency is changed to USD it displays the gift card value correctly but when the currency is changed to EUR) the gift card values display incorrectly with the decimal places (e.g: €1.174,84, €2.945,35 etc)

Can you advise what I may be doing wrong?

    Regards

We have integration with WooCommerce Currency Switcher by realmag777. However there could have been an update that broke the integration. Which version of WooCS are you using?

The gift card is always kept in the store’s default currency. A customer can purchase a gift card in any currency and it will be converted to the store’s default currency. Likewise, a customer can redeem a gift card for any currency on the order, and the value is converted to the store’s default currency when calculating the gift card amount.

I’m marking this thread as resolved but let us know if you have any further questions.
