Currency Issues typing values for CAD

Every time I test adding bid amount (CAD), it shows a totally different value. For example, go to https://jovillarwebhosting.com/tiaraclassic
and try it yourself. I created a bidder named Joe and bid $15.00 but it shows as $1.00. Same with bidder named Terry. He bid $100.00 and it shows $52.00. Please help!
