    Hi,

We’re using Product Feed Pro to generate this XML document as our main feed for Google Shopping:
    https://australstones.com.au/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/DmHgvWTBHaJoK89U1CZrQ5bsORr1CsbG.xml

However, whatever we modify, we can’t get rid of this error message:
“Currency is not supported in the given country in attribute:”
It doesn’t specify the attribute. Our feed is just for Australia and the currency used is AUD.

Even though the documentation indicates the price format is “99.00 AUD”, we tried removing the currency (“99.00”), but the error persists.

Also, it comes with a second one: “Missing shipping information”, which is weird since we have it specified in the account itself, so we shouldn’t need to add it for each product.

We don’t know what else to try, any help appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi,

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

I had a look at your feed and can’t find anything wrong with in in terms of prices and currency. Did you make sure to indicate in your Google Merchant Center that the feed should target Australia?

With regards to your shipping costs issue. When you configure your shipping costs directly in your Google Merchant Center than you’d also have to add shipping labels to your feed. See the second part of this tutorial: https://adtribes.io/add-shipping-costs-google-shopping-feed/

    Hi,

Our feed is targeted to Australia only (we used to have more countries but we removed all of them but Australia weeks ago in order to identify these errors).

Regarding the shipping issue. According to this documentation, shipping labels are only needed for groups of products:

“Shipping services can be associated with either all products or groups of products, the latter of which can be specified using the shipping_label attribute”

We have 3 shipping services (one for Australia and 2 for every other country) but all three are valid for all of our products. They are account-level shipping settings, so we shouldn’t need any shipping label. In case we do, I’m not very sure what kind of product attribute we need to create since it’d be the same for all products.

    Regards

Nevermind, we contacted Google and those are ghost errors, meaning they’re being displayed, but they don’t actually exist and our products are active.

So everything is good in the feed.

    Thanks for your help

    Perfect, thanks for the heads-up!
