• All the prices in my store are in NOK, but for those who are using the site from Denmark, or choose to ship to Denmark, the prices show in DKK.

The exchange rate from NOK to DKK is now 0.8, meaning that one of my products that has price of 792 NOK, should show 626 DKK. Instead, it shows 507 DKK.

So the converter is working, but it is using wrong conversion rate. I have it set to update every two hours and in the admin, the exchange rate is correct, at 0,8. Still it shows wrong price in the store.

  • Hello,

I’ve got the same problem as King-Nothing. The plugin seems to apply twice the conversion and no mater what I’ve tried it seems to resolve it. Looks like it’s in the code of the plugin but as always we are not coders ;).

I’m using the paid version by the way.

    Hi,

Unfortunately I couldn’t reproduce that on my test server – conversion rates seem to work fine for me – could you please contact me on [email protected] for further support.

    Best regards,
    Tom
