Currency Convertor does not recognize product type

  • I want to use the Aelia Currency Switcher, however, it does not seem to recognize the product type. I get an error message “sorry this product cannot be purchased” when clicking on the Book Now button.

    I contacted Aelia and they suggested that the currency switcher does not recognize the product type.

    Do you have any suggestions on a potential solution?
