Currency converting twice

    We are finding when we convert to US on the product page
    it converts again in the cart
    can you please assist with any settings that need to change

    @megan891 since your support system is private, could you please not mark forum threads as resolved until they are actually resolved?

    Yes, that is correct. Our support ticket system is private so as to make sure that users details remain confidential. We do not discuss support issues or tickets via the forum for the sake of our users privacy – especially if we have to ask for log in details or IP addresses etc.

    All communications will be done with you directly via your ticket if you log one.

    Thanks for your input though about how we should handle our forum, but because we have run it this way for some years now it is not going to change at this stage.
