• Hi,
We’re using the free version of the plugin for our webshop. It works great with the domestic orders but we experience a problem when someone orders an item from abroad. (We’re based in Hungary)
The VAT on the shipping cost (if it is paid in foreign currency) is not the correct % on the invoice. We suspect it must be related to the currency calculation.
We are able to set the gross prices of products (and the 27% vat) so there is no problem converting HUF into EUR. But in case of the shipping costs, we can only add the net price, so the plugin needs to calculate the gross price based on the given vat% and exchange rate as well.
The problem can be that when the invoice is created, that system calculates by the exchange rate given by the national bank where can be a difference like: we set the rate in the plugin at 1 HUF= 0.0027 EUR and the bank calculates on a given day with 1 HUF=0.0029 EUR which result in 1-2% difference on the invoice.
If we start to use the Pro version of the plugin, can it solve this problem? Are we able to set the institution of which the plugin uses the exchange rates as the basis or default?
Thanks so much if someone can help! ??

    Hi,

I do not fully understand the problem. But if you are looking for more accuracy for the exchange rates, the Pro includes a daily automatic update from the following sources:
