Currency & Admin Approval?

Hi,

This looks like a great plugin and one I would like to use on my site. But it only supports a single currency and there’s no option for admin approval for ads/messages. As you could imagine some people wouldn’t want certain types/kinds of ads being shown on their website, even if they’re paid for. Will you be adding these features?
