Is there any plugin for this idea:
We run DKK currency
But When we are doing a manuel INVOICE from backend, IS THERE ANY! plugin that alow, to CHANGE DKK to example EUR OR USD from the backend ?
when you do a manuel invoice, so you can choose between currency and then calculate and print the invoice outthanks

The WooCommerce Multi-Currency extension does allow you to set a currency when creating manual orders.
Here is a screenshot from my test site where I can select the currency when creating an order;
