• I have changed my store currency. However, the currency set at Spocket account didn’t change. Could you please fix this?

  • I apologize for this issue, but it seems that the synchronization with your store may have run into a bug. As I’m not able to determine which store is associated to yours, could you please reach out to us at [email protected] with your store url, and we will get this fixed for you!

Would it be the plugin’s bugs? Could you please check your plugin, fix and update the plugin?

The most efficient way is to make the currency editable at spocket apps directly.

The synchronization between our platform and your shop may be a bug, but adding the ability to modify currency on Spocket directly is something that we will keep in mind. There are some technical implications that we will want to consider before adding that functionality, but, like your other thread, I do greatly appreciate your feedback!

Another problem which is the main and serious bugs of spocket plugin is that when connecting to spocket from woocommerce admin panel, it doesn’t require password to login! As a result, it connects to a wrong account which is not my store!
