    Hi There ,

Please help me change the currency separator for SAR and AED to decimal point instead of comma.

The Currency format of the website is as per German standards which uses a comma (,) instead of?decimal point and a decimal point is used as thousand separator . So 2,435.89 Dollars is same as 2.435,89 Euros, I really appreciate the plugin which is taking universal currency formatting for dollars (and other currencies)But the issue is with Saudi Riyal SAR and Dubai dirham AED, unfortunately these two currencies are not taking the universal currency formatting.
I mean 29,00 AED needs to be 29.00 AED please suggest how to change the decimal separator for SAR and AED in the plugin settings without changing the woo commerce currency settings?
    Regards

Sorry to disappoint, but even if you change WooCommerce core settings, if the customer switches to price using the currency converter the comma will be used as a decimal point as this is a standard for some currencies.

You can try disabling the currency converter altogether from WooCommerce > Settings > Multi-currencyand rely on a dedicated currency converter extension, here are a few options you can check:

    Currency Converter Widget

    Currency Switcher For WooCommerce

    Multi-Currency Switcher

If you’d like to make sure which of these extensions will allow you to change the decimal point, you can contact us via WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support (before I buy) and we’ll forward your request to the plugin vendor.

Alternatively, you can take advantage of our 30-day refund policy and try them all yourself.

    Cheers!

    Hello Saif,

Thanks alot for your advice. As per your suggestion I have opened a support request ticket with woocommerce.com. Until I get the reply from Woo.com I have removed the two currencies namely SAR and AED from the settings because the issue was only with these two currencies.

Thanks again and have a nice day.

    Hi @overyah
