    Hello,

I’m running Booster Plus v3.6.1, WooCommerce v3.4.2, and WordPress v4.9.6 (i.e. the latest versions of each at the time of writing).

I have the following relevant Booster settings enabled (along with a heap of others):
Currencies, Currency Exchange Rates, Multicurrency (Currency Switcher), Multicurrency Product Base Price, Prices and Currencies by Country, PDF Invoicing.

    I’m having a few problems.

    1. I have the BACS payment method enabled in WooCommerce settings, and have the bank account details entered. Previously, Booster would automatically generate a PDF invoice for each customer with the bank account details on the PDF so they could make payment. The second-last time this was used was about a month ago, and it worked fine then. However, a customer just tried to create an order using this same method an hour ago, but the bank account details aren’t appearing on the PDF invoice.

    2. This next issue worked when I first installed & configured Booster about six months ago, but stopped working after about a month, and it was low priority so I didn’t bother dealing with it… but I sell things all over the world, and wanted to display prices to customers in both their local currency (e.g. using the pound symbol for those in the UK, the dollar sign for those in America, etc.), and also at the correct price based on the currency conversion rate. For some reason, this simply stopped working; prices are now shown in $ Australian dollars (where I’m from) for anyone, regardless of what country they are in.

    3. Once these issues are resolved, is there a way to generate the invoice for the new order from an hour ago, so that it has the bank details on the PDF?

For what it’s worth, I haven’t made any changes to my website in several months other than plugin updates.

Could you please advise how to fix these issues?

    Thanks in advance,
    David

  • Hi David,

    1. What bank details exactly do not show up? PDF invoices are generated and show data only how it is defined in “Templates” module. You can add extra data with these shortcodes: https://booster.io/category/shortcodes/orders-shortcodes/. So by default the data that is shown is: invoice number, date, order number, company name, adress, billing adress, items (their names, quantities, prices), total price, taxes, order total and payment method. If any of these is missing, you can add that either manually or restoring invoice template to default (at the bottom of the page).

    2. Can you check that there are country groups generated (or created manually) in “Prices and Currencies by Country” module? There should be groups for every currency and country where you want to sell.

    3. After changing the template (including data in it) newly opened invoices will be generated again with all the data that is requested, even if it was not in the template before.

    Hi Rokas,

    Thanks for your advice.

Regarding issues 1 & 3 – all fixed. For some reason, the PDF invoice template no longer had the bank account details in it. I added them back in and it’s now working fine.

Regarding issue 2. The country groups were no longer there, but I was able to regenerate them. I then had issues updating the currency exchange rates (I kept getting error 503), but I then enabled cURL instead, and it worked.

    All issues fixed.

    Thanks for your fast help!
    David
