    Hello, faced the following issue/error, it appears 1 time out of ~10-20 sent emails. When we get this error we simply send a test email successfully and the error disappears, and the following ~10-20 emails plugin sends correctly and then again the same error with the following text:

    EMAIL DELIVERY ERROR: the plugin WP Mail SMTP v1.6.2 logged this error during the last time it tried to send an email:

    Mailer: Gmail
    cURL error 7: Failed to connect to https://www.googleapis.com port 443: Connection timed out (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)

    Any help appreciated!

    The error indicates it’s an issue with the curl in your server, maybe an outdated version of the curl. You might need to consult your hosting provider about this curl error with this debug log.
