    Hi @gpada

What’s the issue with this plugin, have you experienced any error?
Could you please paste live-logs of that error if so?

    Thank you!

Error Message : cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

https://pastebin.com/06PK74Sp is the log from backup creation, but I didn’t see a log for the restore action, only the error above.

    Hi @gpada

Your logs seems fine, the backup should be created properly.
I don’t see mentioned error message here, but I can tell you more about it.

As it seems that you have should have backup file ready for migration, please try to use the same plugin for the process, WP Clone is not compatible with our plugin, so you can’t use it for restoration.

You can also use URL with Backup Migration plugin.
Simply enter “Manage & Restore Backup(s)” tab, there you can find “Super-quick Migration” module, paste the URL of the backup here.

The cURL error means that there is some issues with the configuration of PHP cURL extension. Our new plugin should ignore invalid certificates but in case it won’t work, you can upload the ZIP file manually or you will need to fix the cURL problem on your server.

To upload ZIP file manually, you can use FTP or our Upload Area below backup(s) list.

Before download / migration you may also want to enable this option:
    Enable alternate download method: https://prnt.sc/1slr41w
    – You should change this setting only on the website where you made backup.

Let me know if that solves your issue ??
    Thank you!

I installed and ran the Backup Migration plugin.

After an hour it says the the Restore process is still running when I click the green Restore button. Here’s the log file: https://pastebin.com/2cTgUGDk

    Hi @gpada

Could you please double check the Pastebin you shared?
It looks like the live-log is related to backup process not restoration.

If you don’t have the live-log anymore, you can run the restoration once again and when you realize that there is no update since 2-5 minutes you can copy it and stop the restoration, to do so, simply refresh the website.

After refresh force the processes to stop here: https://prnt.sc/1trv1tm

    Thank you!

As we didn’t hear any reply in last days.
I can assume that you resolved the issue.

Feel free to open new topic if I am wrong!
    Thank you ??
