cURL error 6: getaddrinfo() thread failed to start

    Receiving this error message when trying to view the plugin Settings. It is also displaying on the Dashboard.

    2020-12-15 19:59:02: Error occurred while checking account status. Error: CONNECTION_ERROR : “cURL error 6: getaddrinfo() thread failed to start ”

    Thoughts?

    Hello.

    Please, check that PHP options (CURL support and allow_url_fopen) enabled in your website PHP settings (php.ini file).

    You could ask your provider to enable it (you can transfer this message to your provider support) or do it yourself if you use your own web server.
