cURL error 6

    Hi,

    Could AIOWPS be blocking APIs?
    I’m getting cURL error 6 and cURL error 28.
    My host says they aren’t blocking.

    I had these cURLs problems with Mailchimp, Facebook for Woocommerce, my gateway and others.

    I appreciate if someone can explain to me if a plugin could block these kind of things.

    Hi Valmy, do you have any of the following options enabled? These are located in Miscellaneous tab.

    Users Enumeration
    WP REST API

    The options you mentioned are disabled.

    Also, I’m using the Brute Force option from Jetpack (planning to deactivate), I wonder if that could be the case.

    Or is there any other option in the AIOWPS plugin that could be blocking these APIs?

    Jetpack might be causing this issue. However sometimes it is not easy to pin point what could be causing this issue. For that reason, I recommend that you disable all other plugins except ours then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    It’s not always that this error occurs, so it’s hard to replicate, but I’ll do that, it’s been a while since I want to deactivate Jetpack anyway.

    I’ll let you know if resolved.
