cURL error 56 Deutsche Post

  • Hi,

    I’m trying to configure the plugin to make it work in our Spain based store. We’re given the Deutsche Post plugin configuration and when entering our details obtained from DHL Spain, we get the following result after testing the connection:

    Connection Failed: cURL error 56: GnuTLS recv error (-110): The TLS connection was non-properly terminated. Make sure to save the settings before testing the connection.

    Our setting are saved and we’ve tried different options but can’t make it work. We are using following details:

    EKP: Our DHL Spain account number
    Client ID: Our userID given when creating an API on our DHL Spain account.
    Client secret: The key obtained when creating the API key on our DHl Spain Account.

    We would appreciate any help, feeling stuck at the moment.

    Did you reach out to your DHL representative to confirm your EKP as well as Client ID & Secret are correct?

    Thanks for your reply, Shadi. I did, and apparently this plugin won’t work in Spain. I hope this helps someone with same issue.

    Deutsche Post should work in Spain. Are you still having issues with this?
