cURL error 35

  • Hi,
    I have message from PayPal, that IPN doesn’t work and error “wp_remote_post() failed. PayPal IPN won’t work with your server. Contact your hosting provider. Error: cURL error 35: Peer using unsupported version of security protocol.” in system status page. My hosting provider has updated all soft,
    TLS 1.2 supported.
    OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips
    cURL Version: 7.29.0, NSS/3.21 Basic ECC

    Can you help me to find the reason of this error?
