cURL error 28 : Performance Report

Recently insatlled the plugin.The performance test didn’t return any results. This could be because you’re on a local website (which we can’t access) or something went wrong trying to connect with the testing API. Give it another go and if the problem persists, please open a ticket with our support team.
cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received.
Would be great to solve it.
