cURL error 28 on submitting form

  • For the website page https://tarot4business.nl/leef-je-droom-lp/ I set up a form with Gravity Forms.

    I’ve tested the process many times, and it seemed like every thing was working well, but we get complaints regularly that there is an error message.

    The error message appears after the email address is entered and the button ‘Send’ is pressed.

    This is the error message that appears:
    Request failed. cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    I’ve tried everything I could think of, but I’m unable to solve it. I don’t know what causes the problem.

    Could you please help me?

    btw: I changed the form back to an ActiveCampaign form, because of the many complaints we are getting.
