    keep getting this error in error log even though curl is enabled in server.

    Curl failed with error #7: Failed to connect to draw.racadtech.com port 443: Connection timed out

    Hi Leoarce,
    If this problem is constantly happening, I would check that your sever supports CURL using TLS 2.0. If you could please let us know which version of OpenSSL you are using?
