cURL error 28

    Error with wp_remote_post, error message:
    cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 20001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

    The issue with reviews not updating, my hosting company has responded with:

    So we’ve done some testing on this site, and it looks like connections from our web server that the site is hosted on to the plugin site is getting blocked, and since these connections can’t reach the plugin’s site, this is timing out with the error you see when downloading new reviews.

    Could you reach out to the plugin’s developers and ask them to whitelist the IP’s mentioned in this guide: https://www.20i.com/support/web-hosting/ip-address-external-connections
