Curiosity on submenu fading out not working

    I know here you give support but WordPress themes, but this one of mine is not actually a “technical” question, but more of a curiosity I can’t solve.
    I already asked YiTheme staff but had no reply…

    Hi. I’m using the free version of this YiTheme “So Cute” template here https://goo.gl/EOBQoU
    Sometimes it happens that the sub-menus of sub-categories in the top menu don’t fade out and going on the other categories all the submenus remain opened, making navigation impossible, or at least more difficult. This doesn’t happen all the time, but only every now and then and I don’t understand what the cause of this may be.
    I can’t figure out if it depends on the internet connection or the server or some component not working properly.
    Just wanted to have some checks from you and find out if you may give me some tips on this, in order to know what direction to take to solve this.
