Cupon not working if I log in

    Hello!

    My problem is exactli what in the title. I have some cupons in my webshop, and those are working fine, if I shopping as a gust, but after I logging in, nothing happens after clicking on the “Apply cupon” button. Where shuld be the problem is? I have theme, I have modified the plugin, but at the moment, I have no idea where can be the problem.

    Hi John_Scott,

    When something occurs different when logged in or out, this usually points to a caching problem. Do you have any caching plugins or server caching running on your site? If so, try turning them off and clearing your browser’s cache to see if the issue is resolved.

    And then secondly, when you say “I have modified the plugin”, what do you mean? Have you edited the code in the WooCommerce plugin? If so, that’s really not a good idea. Try replacing your woocommerce plugin folder with a freshly downloaded copy.

    And lastly, since only you are experiencing this, that means something on your website is causing a conflict.

    Typically issues like this may be caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Twelve Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Thanks for your help, the problem probably was with the catching, because I didn’t done anything, and now its working fine.
