    Hello

    The plugin is great! thanks!

    On the site the orders are being recovered, but today a customer sent an email showing a print of her order on the checkout page. The messaged on the page showed her that the cupom is invalid at was removed.

    I search and tried to replicate the cause without success. Could you help with some theories on what could have removed her cupom from the order?

    I clicked on the link on the email, and tried typing the code. All worked

    Are you using plugin settings for the coupon code? Check for the “Coupon expiry date” Settings. See this screenshot:https://d.pr/i/usROKg.

    Thank you for the reply.

    Yes I checked the expiry date. I also tried and testes de cupom code myself, clicking on the link that the customer received. Worked fine for me.

    But the customer says that the cupom was invalid for him.

    Could the customer have done something wrong that invalided the cupom?

    Hello @addagencia,

    This is a strange issue, the coupon code is working on your end but it is not working when your user tried the coupon code, are there any extra characters being appended to the coupon code on your customer end due to email recipient or due to some other reason and the coupon code not working?

    Let me know your views on this scenario.
