Cumulus allignment issue

I’ve added the wp-cumulus tag-cloud plugin to my website, however it seems to be much smaller than I specified.

The size should fit perfectly, but I don’t know why there is dead space around it. I cannot see where to remove this fantom padding.

Any ideas?
