Cumulative Layout Shifts Version 6.2.3

    Hi
    A few days ago we added Fixed Widget Version 6.2.3 to our site and setup the two first widgets that present ads to be sticky

    As you can see from the attached screenshot – it immediately cause CLS on the site

    Is there is a way to fix this?

    I also notice on the documentation that you address the CLS from problem from version 6.0

    Hey Yakov,

    thanks for reaching out.

    Did you try to enable the “Improved version” option in the Fixed Widget settings? If that version is compatible with your theme, the CLS issue should be resolved.

    How can I know if this option is compatible?

    Just enable it. When the block / widget is still sticky and the CLS issues go away then it is compatible.

    My guess is that the Twentysixteen theme might not be compatible since it is quite old and doesn’t use Flexbox, but I am not sure.
