Cue Audio player not working with WP 4.5.2 – how do I report this?

  • I’d like to submit this as a bug report, but how? It seems the only other way I find to submit a bug requires one to own the WP pro version.

    Cue has been working fine for 10 months, then on 5/8 I found out the audio player (black rectangular box) wasn’t showing up on my website. the playlist was there, but no way to play songs.

    I restored WP to 4.3.1 and Cue again worked fine. For a several hours until the autoupdates in WP kicked in and updated it to 4.5.2, Cue again disappeared. I’ve turned off autoupdates on WP and am using 4.3.1 for now. It doesn’t matter if I use the current 1.2.9 Cue or the newest 1.3.1, neither work with WP 4.5.2

    I tried deactivating all plugins except Cue and that didn’t’ help. My Web host tech support team seemed to think maybe Divi had something to do with this problem. let me know if you’d like me to provide more info or try something to resolve this.
