CTX – Sale price is missing

  • Hi! The sale price is on the xml feed when i check the plugin on WordPress but it’s been a couple of days that it’s not visible on the feed on Facebook catalog. Only the regular price is visible. Could i fix that? Thanks

    If you see for example this specific product has sale price.

    But on Facebook catalog this price is missing.

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out. Please, check if the feed contains values under the sale price attribute. If not, edit the feed and select _sale_price as the sale price attribute value. Please, follow the below steps –

    • Edit the feed.
    • Select “_sale_price” as the sale price attribute (as shown here).
    • Regenerate the feed.
    • Re-upload or re-fetch the feed to Facebook.
    • After re-fetching, please wait until Facebook processes the feed to retrieve the sale price.

    Hi! Last time i updated the plugin and the problem solved. Now i have the same problem in another website. I tried both updating the plugin and putting the sale price exactly as described above but no result this time.

    Can you please, share the feed link and a screenshot of the feed config and a reference Item ID which is missing the sale price?

    It’s ok now, but we face another problem. In the screenshot below there is a variation first and not the ‘parent’ and this is how it shows in the ads too.

    Here is an example of how it looks on Facebook. It’s first the 33 variation and then all the others.

    I tried to choose the other options in the tab below but then many of the products were not visible in the fb catalog because the image was missing.

    Is there anything we can do?
