CTX Feed don’t update correctly

    Hello, i have this problem and it’s a bit strange, i create in the correct way the csv of the xml, and i can see perfectly the file, but it doesn’t get updated, so in the moment i change quantity or add new product in my website, i dont have this changes in the feed, do i need to have the CTX Feed Pro Version to Get Automatic Updates or i’m doing something wrong?

    I Tried with CSV and XML , and i get this problem , no updates even if ctx feed tell me that it’s updating the feeds.

    Thanks for reaching us,

    From what we understand, the changes you make on your store are not being reflected on your feed. To address this issue, please ensure that your feed is updating automatically following the interval time. If the feed is updating automatically but still not showing the updated content such as quantity or new products, it may be due to a Cache issue. To fix this, we recommend that you clear the cache of your website or cache plugin, as well as the CTX Feed. Additionally, you can exclude CTX Feed from your Cache plugin to resolve the issue promptly.
