    Hello,
first time this happened to me and I cant figure it out. For some reason the CTA button Contact does not appear in the mobile menu. in the backend when i open the header builder, that right part of the header seems to be divided into 2 parts, the menu and the button, when i remove the button from the mobile menu, that it is obviously missing when i change the menu (i created a new one where the contact is included) but when i apply it, then i have contact there twice.

Any advice here on how to add the contact into the mobile navigation please?

    Thank you.

  • Hi @itta91 ,

Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation, sorry for the delay in replying you here.

There’s a feature on the Elementor called Responsive that will make us be able to hide Section, Column OR Widget on a specific device.

Would you please go to the Elementor Header & Footer (EHF) then check the Navigation Menu widget or the column where the Navigation Menu widget exists and see if the Responsive feature. Just in case, you unintentionally hide it on tablet and mobile. Please have a look at this screenshot as a reference:

    I hope this helps ??

    Thank you,

    Hello Umar,
    thank you very much.
i am familiar with the feature, but that is not the problem. The navigation is visible, it just the last cta button that doesnt appear in the menu. The navigation has sections such as about us, services, contact and then a separate cta button contact. It is this button that doesnt appear on mobile
    Thank you for your help

    Hello @itta91 ,

Is it also happening with the default Astra theme OR the default WordPress theme?

In that case, have you tested for any conflicts with the proper steps as explained below along with the basic troubleshooting?

Please see the instructions below for how to do this and take a look once again for your reference, check if you have missed anything in the process:
