    Hello @mahyulan.

Please, reinstall the plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    1) WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes.
    2) WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and then Delete.
    3) Then install it anew: https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress.

    Hello,

That sound quite drastic for a one-time? event.
I assume all existing whitelists are being kept and not deleted?

This will reset all settings in the plugin to the default values. If you have an Extra Package, you can save the settings template to restore later (https://cleantalk.org/help/plugin-template).

Your whitelists are stored in the cloud, they will remain safe.

    Hello,

I do have it on all my websites now….
This seems to be a bug in the new version of CleanTalk

    Hello @mahyulan
You are right. We will fix this as soon as possible and release a version of the plugin.
This error shouldn’t affect the web form protection.

    I did the following:

Please, reinstall the plugin with the Complete Deactivation option:
    1) WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Complete Deactivation” to “On” —> Save Changes.
    2) WordPress Admin Page —> Plugins —> Installed plugins —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Deactivate and then Delete.
    3) Then install it anew: https://cleantalk.org/help/install-wordpress.

It didn’t fix the issue until I also deleted the plugin completely from my plugin list and re-added the plugin

Now it’s asking me to revalidate my email but it has no button to resend a validate email link so now I have this notification, lol.. :(.
