csv values for non-basic fields

I’d like to try this plugin but I have some questions about some of the fields you listed. Some of them are pretty easy to figure out (such as first_name or role, etc) but what’s the appropriate data for fields such as “show_admin_bar_front”? Do we just type ‘yes’ or ‘no’? It would be terrific to see an example with the options included.
