CSV Upload resulting in a 500 error?

    Hi I’m trying to get products into marketpress via a csv file upload (using the template provided), and I can upload the file fine, but when I click start importing it goes to a 500 internal server error.

    I’m using the latest version of this plugin, and I’ve tried reuploading several times with absolutely no luck

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

    Is the default CSV example file working fine for you?

    You will find it on the following path.

    Admin Area -> Products -> Store Settings -> Importers

    Just checking back on this, really hoping that’s all working for you now. It’s not something we’ve been able to replicate, but a 500 error with that definitely seems strange.
