    Hi,

I have tried settting the extension up, but when trying to access the feed, I am getting a network errror with a 200 response code.

I then tried postman, and the content does come through with the CSV dumped in the body of the response.

    The headers seem to be:
    Content-Type: text/csv: charset=utf-8
    Content-Description: File Transfer
    Content-Disposition: attachment; filename=”product_catalog_bfXXXXX525.csv”

Everything looks fine, but if I try accessing the file in a browser, I get “Failed – Network Error” and obvs. Facebook is also unable to get the feed.

I have other plugins running that generate csv files just fine on the server. Our admin said it’s a plugin issue.

Using WP-Supercache – with wc-api set as an exception
Using Autoptimize with HTML Optimization Turned Off
Cloudflare Minification and rocket loader are also off.

    PHP v 7.4 WC 4.1 Plugin Version 1.11.2

  • Hey @taropaa!

Thanks so much for the investigation you’ve done so far, that’s really helpful. So sorry for the delay in replying too!

As we’ve not had this type of issue present itself locally, and many other merchants are able to download the CSV file using the same plugin, I’d like to focus on the environment your site is running in.

To start with, to rule out a conflict with any of the caching or optimization plugins that you’ve mentioned, would it be possible to temporarily deactivate all plugins apart from WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce? We’d only want to test if the CSV file is then accessible, or if it still fails.

If it does still fail, then we can look at the server itself and what might be causing the request to fail there.

Was this working okay previously when the sync was outbound from your server to Facebook, in v.1.10.2 and below?

    Cheers!

    Simon.
