• Hi
    I’m new so be gentle.

I’m running EDD + Free downloads paid extension + CSV manager. I’m trying to upload 140 jpegs from server, saved in the wp content / uploads / edd folder, with no subfolders, using Fire FTP. Have created CSV and uploaded via Tools, and mapped the fields as follows:-

file name – abc.jpeg (file names)
directory (just in case?!) – /public_html/wp-content/uploads/edd/abc.jpg (unmapped – appears to have no corresponding field to map to)
    title – abc (product name)
author id – my website (author ID)

It says it has been successful but I cant see any changes at all.
    Help would be really appreciated

    Thanks

Could you please show me a copy of your CSV file and also show me a screenshot of how you mapped the fields?

    Hi Pippin

Sorry for not replying, I managed to bypass using the CSV manager in the end.

I have another issue though – please shout if I should open a separate support request.

Within the Free Downloads modal for EDD, I included some HTML (below) to allow for a “agree to terms and conditions” checkbox before the file downloads. This seems to work on Firefox and Safari but has no effect whatsoever on Chrome – i.e. the file downloads whether ticked or not. Any suggestions?

<input type=”checkbox” required=’1’/> I agree to the terms and conditions
