• Hi,

    I am using the CSV Manager to add map locations. Some of the addresses entered in to the CSV file for upload have been incorrect.

    Is there a way of getting a report of what has been successfully entered into the system and what has not.

    Also I have noted that when I have used the CSV manager a few times that multiple entries appear for the same Store, is there a way of stopping this from happening.

    Hi,

    The forum here is only for support for the free plugin, support for paid add-ons is through the support page.

    After you import locations it should tell you which locations failed. This happens when the used address isn’t recognized by the Geocode API. The only way around this is to adjust the address you are using.

    If you open a support ticket, can you then also attach the used CSV file, then I can check what happens on my installation.

    Did the import ever timeout? When this happens the import is just stopped, and when you then import the same file again, then you can end up with duplicates. There is no build in check for duplicate addressed during the import.
