    Hello,
I encountered a problem updating csv file containing the events.
As required I uploaded Venues first, then organizers and events.
My problem is: it automatically assigned to all events the start date as 1 January 1970 and the start time as 12.00 AM.
I’ve double cheked and the csv was compiled correctly, how can I fix this issue?

I wonder, is it possible that upon import you imported the Start Time as the Start Date, and like wise the Start Date as the Start Time. Thus you flipped them, and caused each to revert to the default?

Jan 1 1970 is the 0 hour for many computer dates/times, and likewise 12am is the default. So if a value is misinterpreted frequently that is the resulting output.

If you did not flip the two, then make sure they are in the proper format. Best format is definitely the ISO standard, namely YYYY-MM-DD, and HH:MM:SS. Those are the least ambiguous standards and are easily understood by computers.
