CSV Import Stalls

I’m trying to upload products via CSV. (I have at least 2000)
I am finding that the import randomly stalls for no apparent reason.

This is a new installation, with all plugins deactivated

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Additionally, please check for and share with us any fatal errors under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Please reach out to your host to assist you to change these parameters to the following, as these seem to be the reasons:

PHP Time Limit → 1200
PHP Max Input Vars → 5000

If the problem still remains unresolved, please let us know.

You would need access to some special files to increase the parameters suggested by @margaretwporg.

Usually, these files are only accessible to your provider, and the process is somewhat complex; it is why we recommend reaching out to them to perform this task.

The upload stalls,
It fails to import the products, and stalls randomly.

To further check, could you please share a copy of the CSV file you are trying to upload to make tests? You can use Google Drive o the Uploadr web tool to share it.

Also, along with it, kindly share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available)
