CSV import skipping fields with single quotes

  • I am attempting to import a group of store locations, and some have names like this Bentley’s Bakery & Café – these entries have no name when imported! I tried removing the single quote and it then shows the name after importing. I believe this is a bug.

    Please let me know how you are trying to import the stores. Are you using a general purpose plugin like WP All Import? If you want to share your CSV file with us so we can help you debug your issue you can also open a direct support ticket in our system.
