CSV import problem with unicode

Hi, Thanks for your very good plugin,

I have problem with import CSV file when the CSV file contains unicode text.

the header appear but the rows is empty (but they show how many row is in it)

I also look in ninja table in php my admin, the unicode test value is empty.

every think is work when all the data in English.

my server version is (php 5.6.25 mysql 5.7.14)

Also I check it with other server, (php 5.6.33 mysql 5.6.37) in other server CSV has unicode content work correctly.!!

So I think it is depend to mysql or php version or configuration.

please help me how to solve problem for importing unicode language in my first server
