    Hi

    I am having problems with CSV import

    I keep getting the error
    “The number of items in line 16 is incorrect.
    There are 9 and there should be 10.”

    even if I download an export – edit the info and re-upload I am still getting the error

    I have tried shuffling lines about but that does not seem to help either

    I am saving as window csv (as I am on a Mac)

    any suggestions?

    This usually means the enclosures are not set up right.

    Make sure your CSV uses double quotes as the enclosure when you export from your spreadsheet app., then set the enclosure to double quote when you import into the plugin.

    yes – thank you

    I looked at the csv file in a text editor and found that many of the lines were missing a comma at the end of the line

    not sure why the excel was exporting it that way

    anyhow, once I fixed that it worked fine
