CSV import (paste) not working in latest version

    Pro website – tashminaconcerts.co.uk – latest version – pasting contents of a CSV file in the same way as I have done for some years – not working:

    I paste in the contents, click the green submit button and nothing happens.

    Loading a csv file doens;t work either – again no response when you click the green submit events button

    Hi Benjamin – thanks for this. No, sadly not – it is as if the button doesn’t react at all ie there is no response at all when you click on it.

    Please, on Monday, could I have some sort of response. I have paid for this product and your recent changes have made it stop working. You advertise support for paid users but I don’t even know if you are looking into this major problem which has taken away the facility to add events in bulk via csv.

    Do you use the latest CSV Feed addon version?

    I use version 1.0.5.2
    Is this the latest? I cannot find anywhere to tell me what your current version is? I assume however that it is the latest as there are no updates pending…and I did not install it that long ago?

    I have had a similar problem when the .csv import contained a large number of events. I now limit my imports to batches of 500 at a time and it seems to work every time. I am using version 1.0.7 of CSV plugin but also no way to tell if this is the latest version or not.

    Hi “fortlive”: I am very grateful to you for helping me out by telling me you have 1.0.7! Problem solved although I am a bit puzzled as to how my version got out of date. Never mind! – thank you very much for taking the time to help me!
