    Hi,
I have tried everything to make importing listings via the import/export feature work. But all in vain.
As a last resort in troubleshooting, I have manually created 1 listing, then downloaded it as a CSV file. I then deleted the listing and tried to upload it via the import/export tool. The process is completing successfully even telling me to run setting>tools>run counts to update.
The problem is when I check places, there is not a single listing showing. When I repeat the process, It shows the listing already exists.
I’m super frustrated as I have >1000 listings and I can t upload them all manually.

Any help will be much appreciated.

    Hi @dawazote,

I am sorry to hear you are having issues.

Please be aware that if the “ID” field has an ID in it then the system will try to update that post, if you want to create a NEW listing then it must be empty.

If that does not resolve your problems then please open a support ticket here and our team will assist further: https://wpgeodirectory.com/support/

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

Thank you for the quick reply and solution.

I finally managed by painstakingly testing each element of the sample file.
Your plugin is better than anything I’ve come across and will give it 5 stars. However, it has a very steep learning curve for non-techies. I don’t know if it’s technically possible to make it more user-friendly.

    Thanks

    Thanks,
