CSV Import Issues

I am having some CSV import issues that I know are user errors on my end, but cannot figure it out. I am exporting my excel file as a CSV comma separated. And I did see the note about putting each cell from each column/row in double quotes. For testing purposes I did this for just column A & for some reason it is telling me that the data is empty.

Do you have a sample CSV or excel file anywhere? I am stuck on what I am doing wrong, but want to make sure all my products import before purchasing some of the add-ons to enhance the cart.
